ARRIVAL
The apartment will be available after 4:00 p.m. and guests must arrive by 8:00 p.m. at the latest.
DEPARTURE
The apartment must be vacated by 10:00 a.m.
PAYMENT TERMS
Prices are stated for two people for each apartment.
The bookings are classed as confirmed with the payment of a deposit of 30% of the total amount by bank transfer.
The balance must be paid 15 days before arrival.
The price includes a weekly change of linen and weekly cleaning service.
The price includes cleaning the apartment at the end of your stay.
Water and electricity and gas consuption price included.
Electric fan € 25,00 per week on demand.
Heating payable at the end your stay (according to use)
Extra change of linen: € 10.00 per person.
Extra cleaning: € 15.00 per hour.
CAUTIONARY DEPOSIT
€ 200.00, payable upon collection of the keys and returnable when the keys are returned.
CHILDREN
Children can sleep on the sofa-bed in the living room.
A maximum of two children per apartment is allowed.
Cot available by request.
