In a small village further inland, where life still passes by at an old-fashioned rhythm, among water troughs, vegetable gardens and bells that chime on the hour, rises Torre Rossa.
This 16th century Saracen watchtower, left abandoned for many years, has now been meticulously restored to its original splendour.

The tower contains three apartments, created using ecological materials only, including natural fabrics for all the upholstery.
Outside, the small garden also houses a swimming pool for use by guests.
