Nature lovers and sports enthusiasts can enjoy long walks in the countryside, excursions to the nearest mountains, mountain biking or downhill, climbing, nordic walking afternoons, runs by the sea, cycling up hill among the olive groves following Milano — Sanremo paths or pedal for 24 km along the Pista Ciclabile cycling path entirely on the sea, obtained from the route of the ancient railway. In few minutes you can reach the sea, where you can practice surfing, windsurfing, sailing, long swims to discover the rocky seabed and fishes near the Galeazza beach.
