AN APARTMENT BETWEEN SEA AND HILLS
The Studio is the most recent add to Tenuta’s accommodations. Set in an elevated garden space, between aromatic herbs and centenary olive trees, it overlooks the sea on one side and the hills on the other. The Studio is located in the same area of the flat Limonaia and just next to our family house, conceived to own a special privacy thanks to its own outdoor space and separate access to the apartment and main pool area.
THE CONCEPT
Tailor made on our guests comments and needs collected over the years, the Studio is made to detach from the city and to focus on self care time and practices, alone or with family and friends. Perfect both in summer and in winter, the Studio is a place where to be inspired among nature: a collection of books and independent magazines always updated on current focal themes at disposal for the guests, design pieces from Italian 60’s and 70’s golden era and tools to create are among the details which make the Studio a real space for curious people. Design lovers, photography passionates, publications enthusiasts and creatives of all sorts will here find a safe space where to take time for themselves and beloved ones in a friendly environment with a ligurian heart.
THE SPACE
The Studio is composed of a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, a furnished kitchen and a living area. In case of 3 or 4 guests, the Studio owns an extra double bedroom with its own bathroom with shower ensuring privacy and relax for all the guests. Just outside, this accommodation has its own private sea view terrace area to sunbathe and dine in full privacy, set in the garden growing all around the Tenuta. A space in the sun is also dedicated to Studio’s guests in the main terrace, where the common swimming pool and the flat Limonaia are set. The interiors are designed with the same care for details, objects, textures and material as all the other accommodations. The main aim is always to offer our guests the most enjoyable experience as possible, coherent with our personal philosophy of hospitality and design joy.
