PAYMENT CONDITIONS

To confirm the reservation To confirm the reservation a 30% deposit is required. 50% of the amount is due in case of cancellation communicated within 60 days from the date of arrival. The entire amount is due in case of cancellation communicated within 30 days from the date of arrival.

In this moment, because of the COVID, the confirmatory deposit (30%) is returned in case of closure of the italian borders. In case of a cancellation of a different nature, we freeze the confirmatory deposit for another stay in one of our houses on another time.

Balance is required at the check–in, upon delivery of the keys, together with a deposit of 200.00 euros cash (which will be returned on the day of departure, upon restitution of the keys) and the tourists city tax (2.00 euros

PRICES INFORMATIONS

Prices are intended for two people per accommodation. Children under 16 are not accepted. Consumptions, air conditioning, wi-fi, use of the swimming pool, hydromassage tub, bed, bath, kitchen, solarium linens are included in the price. The price includes final and mid–week cleaning (and linen change for long stays).

Extra linen change:
10.00 euros per person

Extra bathrobe change:
5.00 euros per person

Extra house cleaning:
15.00 euros per hour

Minimum advance to reserve:
24h before the arrival

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE:

The accommodation will be available for check-in from 16.00 and no later than 20.00. The day of departure the house must be left no later than 10.00.
